Our meat department proudly features Certified Angus Beef, all natural pork, Gold'n Plump chicken, Gerber Amish all natural chicken, Smart chicken, local lamb and USDA choice veal. We also offer specialty cuts such as prime rib roast, leg of lam, pork crown roast and many more.

We have butchers ready to package the exact cut you’re looking for, cut just the way you want: thick or thin. Our meat cutters are available seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and can give you great advice on how to prepare your meat.

One feature that makes our meat department different is our on-premise smokehouse and sausage kitchen. We feature over 30 varieties of homemade sausage from around the world with recipes from Jamaica, Sweden, Hungry, Italy, Denmark, Poland and Lithuania. We make our own smoked turkey breasts, drumsticks, smoked chicken parts, homemade summer sausage, snack sticks and jerky. We also smoke our own cheddarwurst, polish sausage, andouille sausage, and Canadian bacon.
